I’ve been trying to decide on a direction with which to take my creative energies. I usually only have two or three ideas with a similar concept and then some new idea comes along and I completely shift gears (and mediums). So I am trying to stay on track and continue with a few more simple text/image paintings. These paintings are basically based on idioms and common phrases and along with the text are simple and whimsical.
